Born into a dance legacy family, Ms. Christina Noel Adcock began her training with her grandmother Jeanette Noel, a prima ballerina for the Brussels Opera. Groomed in the world of ballet by greats from the Royal Ballet (Richard & Christine Ellis), Paris Opera, Harkness, ABT, and Finis Jhung himself, Ms Noel-Adcock danced professionally in Chicago, San Diego, and Denver as a soloist and principal dancer before going on to be the artistic director and ballet mistress for the acclaimed Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities outside of Denver, CO. She is also currently the ballet mistress for the Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Company. While deeply rooted in artistic tradition, her approach also embraces science and modern developments in ballet technique and injury prevention. As an instructor she is renown for not only her keen eye for detail, but also for her warmth, energy, and humor. Her areas of expertise include:
